Yoga for well-being! Celebrating the theme of International Yoga Day 2021, The LKPSIANS participated in yoga session.

The session began with meditation followed by Bhujangasana, Tadasana, Shavasana, Trikonasana, vrikshasana, Balasana etc.

The session market the importance of practicing yoga for our physical,mental,spiritiual well-being and developing a healthy practice that is ever more essential to maintain good healthy these days. Yoga and exercises are a part of the regular routine at The LKPS.
